Email support@finvayo.com. It helps if you include the email address of your account and what you were trying to do. Finvayo is a product of Pluto Laboratories, the registered company that operates it.

Signing in

Finvayo and Trifti use one account. On the sign-in page you can use your password, an email link or a passkey. In Trifti, tap Continue with Finvayo to open that page.

• An email link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
• If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The reset link we email works once and expires after an hour.
• A new account has to confirm its email address first. That link expires after 24 hours.

Group invite links

Anyone in a group can invite people. In Trifti, open the group, tap Add friends, then Invite by message. People join by opening the link, or by pasting it under Join with invite link on the Groups tab, after they sign in or create a Finvayo account. A link expires after 7 days and can only be used a limited number of times. If it says it no longer works, ask for a new one.

Groups are shared between people in the same Finvayo group workspace. Create one with New workspace in the Finvayo web app, then invite people by email from Members. Personal workspaces stay personal.

Deleting your account

In Trifti, open the Account tab and tap Delete account. On the web, open your account page and choose Delete account under Your data, then confirm with your password. In Trifti, Manage Finvayo account opens that page.

• Deleting removes your profile, sign-in methods and memberships, and any workspace you are the only member of. It cannot be undone.
• Shared groups stay for the other people in them.
• If the app asks you to log out and sign in again first, do that and try once more.
• If you are the only owner of a workspace that has other members, make someone else an owner or remove the other members first.
