Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Finvayo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Finvayo.
What Finvayo is
Finvayo is a set of finance tools behind one account. Finvayo tracks and calculates money. It does not hold, receive or send funds, and it is not a bank, a payment institution or a financial, tax or legal adviser. Any settlement between people happens outside Finvayo, through a payment provider you choose.
Your account
- You must give a real email address you control and keep your sign-in details safe.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and in workspaces you own.
- Owners and admins can invite, remove and change the role of members in a workspace.
Using Finvayo
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use Finvayo to defraud or harass anyone;
- try to access other people's accounts or workspaces, or probe or disrupt the service;
- send spam, including through invitations.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your data
You own what you put into Finvayo. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and accuracy
Finvayo is provided as it is. Features may change, be unavailable at times, or be added and removed. You should check any figures that matter before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, Finvayo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses that come from relying on calculations without checking them.
Paid features
Some features may be paid. We will show the price and get your agreement before you are charged anything.
Ending your account
You can stop using Finvayo at any time. We can end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email. Questions: support@finvayo.com.
